Most of our vacation packages with cruise and service fees are nonrefundable 24 hours after the reservation. Your travel protection insurance is refunded within ten days of purchase if you contact our customer service center to cancel before your trip starts. We won't consider refund claims unless the following conditions are met:
We are unable to provide an exact timeframe for processing this refund request. Every refund request is handled carefully. Once you have submitted your cancellation request to our customer service agent, you will get an email confirming that it has been received. After getting this warning, you are not immediately entitled to a refund. This only provides you with a tracking number and a confirmation that your request was received. Please note that suppliers must deliver the refunds we request. The refund may take longer to appear on your credit card account if the provider authorizes it. Every provider has a return fee. From processing your request to seeing the credit on your statement, it may take 60–90 days.
